Carlos Silver was established in Roseville, California in 1974 by Carlos and Teresita Duarte. The silversmith, Carlso Sr., began a modest business in his home after spending many years working for other silversmith companies. Over the years, Carlos Silver expanded due to Carlos' friendly, out going nature and low pressure salesmanship - he let his quality sell itself. Carlos Silver still remains a family owned and operated business so the importance of quality and authenticity continues to be Carlos Silver's legacy.

Carlos Silver now features the work of Carlos' son, Carlos Junior. After 20 years of apprenticeship under his father. Carlos Junior has become Carlos Silver's Master Engraver. Carlos Junior further developed his artistry by studying at the Revere Academy in San Francisco. Junior has brought a contemporary look to the designs and believes in creating a soul in every piece. Carlos Junior has become exceptionally skillful in capturing the customer's character in each custom silver design.
